Requirements for Boarding & All-Day-Play Reservations
Temperament Test
All dogs must pass a temperament test before any daycare or boarding reservation can be accepted.
Vaccination Requirements
To protect the health and safety of all guests, we require proof of current vaccinations for:
- Bordetella
- Distemper
- Rabies
Please provide documentation from your veterinarian that clearly shows expiration dates. No additional medical records are required.
Important: If any required vaccination was expired for more than 30 days prior to your reservation, a 14-day waiting period is required after re-vaccination before your dog may attend.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Guidelines
- Late Drop-Offs: If arriving after 3:00 PM, please feed your pup dinner before drop-off.
- Collars: Standard clip or buckle collars only. No breakaway or quick-release collars.
- Name Tag: A name tag must be attached to your dog’s collar.
- Leashes & Harnesses: No harnesses or retractable (re-coil) leashes.
Mealtime (Boarding Guests)
Meals are served twice daily at:
- 7:00 AM
- 5:00 PM
Food Preparation
- Portion each meal into individual zip-top bags, clearly labeled per dog
- No hard-sided containers
- Refrigerated or special diets must also be portioned into labeled zip-top bags
Note: Farmer’s Dog meals may remain in their original packaging and will be served per your instructions.
Medication Policy
- All medications must be in their original prescription container, as required by law
- Medications are administered exactly as labeled
What to Bring
Please bring items in a reasonably sized, collapsible bag.

We Cannot Accept Your Pup If They:
- Do not have up-to-date vaccinations, not on flee prevention, or have fleas
- Are unaltered (unless pre-approved by LuvInn Pups)
- Require insulin or have serious medical conditions (including heart conditions or seizure disorders)
- Show signs of aggression
- Have open wounds
You deserve a vacation, so does your dog. Your dog will indulge in hours of play in an expansive, fenced natural setting, everything a dog could desire.
Our overnight guests will enjoy the pleasure of playing freely from 6am to 8pm. In the evening, they will retreat to their own suite, complete with a raised cot, glass doors, Trex-like decking, exclusively for their enjoyment.
